Insurance & Travel Fees

Step 1: Verify Your Coverage

• Use the links below to check if your insurance is in-network:

  • I am in-network with Aetna and UHC (United Healthcare), please verify benefits using your insurance card.

  • For all other plans, use The Lactation Network (TLN).

  • For Cigna, use Wildflower.

  *Complete the pre-approval process online before your visit.

Step 2: Receive Confirmation

• Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email and can proceed to book your visit.

Step 3: Explore Payment Options

• For Self-Pay I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Step 4: Prepare for Payment

• Payment is due at the time of your visit (credit card or HSA/FSA accepted).

• Sliding scale rates are available for families experiencing financial hardship.

Travel Fee: A travel fee of $50 or $75 applies to all home visits.

Other Fees:

• Twin initial = $100     

• Twin Follow up = $50

• Weekend and/or Holiday Fee = $50

*These fees are in addition to the cost of the consult and are not covered by your insurance.
