Insurance & Travel Fees

Step 1: Verify Your Coverage

• Use the links below to check if your insurance is in-network:

  • For Cigna, use Wildflower.

  • For all other plans, use The Lactation Network (TLN).

  • Lapis Integrative Health is in-network with Aetna, please verify benefits using your insurance card.

  *Complete the pre-approval process online before your visit.

Step 2: Receive Confirmation

• Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email and can proceed to book your visit.

Step 3: Explore Payment Options

• Self-pay is available, and we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Step 4: Prepare for Payment

• Payment is due at the time of your visit (credit card or HSA/FSA accepted).

• Sliding scale rates are available for families experiencing financial hardship.

Travel Fee:
A Travel Fee is applied to all home visits based on the distance from your consultant's base location.

• 0 – 20 Miles: $50.00

• 21+ Miles: $75.00

These fees are in addition to the cost of the visit and are not covered by The Lactation Network, Wildflower Health, and Aetna.

Other Fees:

• Twin initial = $100     

• Twin Follow up = $50

• Weekend/Holiday fee = $40

• Emergency Fee = $50
